Hello, my name is Brian Westerfield. I am the owner of Pepperika Sauce company, I am also the Creator of the 7 pepper hot sauce. I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello, and if you like all natural – preservative free hot sauce become a fan! I created the 7 pepper hot sauce recipe in 2001, anyway after experimenting for a long time, I finely got it right. And in June of 2010 I opened for business. What makes Pepperika’s 7 Pepper hot sauce so darn good. It’s all natural and contains no preservatives. It has an awesome combination of 7 fresh peppers: Jalapenos, Serrano’s, Anaheim, Crushed red pepper, Cayenne, Banana, Yellow bell pepper..some onions Tomato base and a couple other natural spices. It has a tomato base not Vinegar. Pepperika 7 pepper hot sauce brings fantastic flavor to any meal. With Pepperika – It’s Cool to be HOT! It may not be what you are used to, but once you try it..It Will be what you use!  I have some friends that put it in their popcorn…and over the years I have tried it on just about everything..just to name a few ideas, chicken, steak, eggs, hash-browns, cornbread, stew, chilli, pot roast..beef jerky – it is endless really….
